These aquariums are built using low iron extra-clear glass, which provides superior colour transfer and greater clarity when viewing your fish and corals.The open-topped, brace less design also enables unobstructed viewing and allows easy access for maintenance and cleaning.This aquarium is designed for use with sump filtration.The filter sumps are supplied with the cabinets.
This dedicated cabinet is made from 18mm board with ABS edging and features two soft close doors for access to the sump tank.Inside the cabinet, where the boards join, they have been sealed with clear silicone sealant, to prevent the ingress of moisture from condensation or spillages.This model features a weir box, which draws water from both the surface and the base of the aquarium. with 3x 36mm holes drilled in the base.
The sump can be used in many ways and with different types of equipment.Along with a circulation pump, you can also include apparatus such as heaters, protein skimmers, refugium’s, filter socks, biological media, bio pellet and calcium reactors.Whilst the ReefSpace is primarily designed for use as a reef/marine aquarium, it can also be used for Malawi cichlids, Discus, and other freshwater set ups.
